Chieng Khoa Valley Retreat is conceived as the defining eco-wellness destination of Northwest Vietnam — a place where untouched landscape, living indigenous culture and international standards of hospitality become one.
A landscape that cannot be replicated
Two heritage waterfalls lie within the estate boundary: Nang Tien Falls, the green heart of the forest, and the seven-tier Chieng Khoa Falls with its jade-coloured pools.
Around them, the Suoi Tan stream winds through rice terraces, tea gardens and hillsides that are still wrapped in morning cloud.

Heritage
Architecture and experiences carry the spirit of the Thai, Muong and H’Mong peoples — brocade weaving, highland cuisine, market days and festivals.
Nature
The waterfalls, forest and streams are protected as the core of the masterplan. Development is placed lightly, cluster by cluster, following the natural terrain.
Serenity
Mineral bathing, herbal therapy, yoga and retreat programmes create a sanctuary for body and mind at an international standard of care.
Two valleys, from sunrise to moonlight
The estate unfolds as a journey. The Sun — a tranquil upper valley of resort hotels, hillside villas and mineral springs — leads to The Moon, a lively valley of festivals, riverside villages and family adventure.

Approved, planned and ready to advance
The project has received investment policy approval and investor approval from the People’s Committee of Son La Province, and sits within the national masterplan for the Moc Chau National Tourism Area.
